1. Visitor’s registrations
The event organizer regularly performs the moderation of received visitor’s registrations by two criteria:
a) Compliance with the visitor’s profile description.
Each exhibition has its own requirements on visitors which are defined by the organizer himself. Usually these requirements are related to the exhibition’s scope of business. During decline of registrations organizer always writes the reason of refusal.
Afterwards each declined registration is checked by Customer Support Manager of Expopromoter. If there are any registrations which are considered to be the target ones, the list gets compiled and sent to the organizer for further negotiations.
As a result of negotiations the target registrations are getting accepted by the organizer and the non-target registrations are confirmed to be declined.
b) Test for duplication.
The registration is considered to be a duplicate, if the information in the fields “First name”, “Last name”, “Company”, “Phone number”, “E-mail” is the same. If fields “Phone number” and/or “E-mail” differ, Customer Support Manager contacts the visitor to check if it is the same person. If visitor confirms the information, the registration should be declined.
2. Exhibitor’s registrations
Moderation of exhibitor’s registrations is performed by Booth Sales Manager of Expopromoter only. Once the registration is received it is checked by three criteria:
a) Duplicates (the same definitions in “Company” field).
b) If a lead registered to exhibition, but eventually informed Booth Sales Manager that he/she would like to visit the exhibition, the registration status changes to “Declined”.
c) All exhibitor registrations are checked once again once the exhibition finishes. If a lead didn’t participate in the expo, it gets declined.
